We had a problem develop suddenly and took it into the shop. They immediately diagnosed it as potentially serious but were booked solid for about a week. Because of the seriousness of the problem, they did not want me to drive the car so instead drove me to my home. We were in a quandary as I was supposed to travel that day so began shopping for a rental. Although it was supposed to be "worked in" at some point in about an hour and a half I received a call. They had bumped it up due to my situation and made the repair. Although the problem was serious, it was also something which could be fixed immediately. They drove back out and picked me up. Car fixed. Awesome. Great customer service.

Thank you for kindness toward us. It is not often that we are able to take the steps that we took on this one. Quite often it works the other way around but we are glad when we are able to take the steps needed to satisfy any situation that presents itself. We are glad it all worked out this time. I appreciate the convenience of the after hours service drop off that makes it so easy to get a vehicle in for service at a time that is convenient. I have used Cavalier a number of times over the years and have always found the service to be good. The requested work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and I also liked that your staff contacted me to say that some of the work I requested was not necessary.

The free birthday oil change is a nice touch. A simple, fairly low cost benefit of being a customer, that keeps me coming back for additional services. This free birthday marketing strategy is deployed by large national food chains such as Starbucks, Red Robin, and others to attract and retain customers. I am glad to see a locally owned business take a risk with this birthday benefit. It works! As for the service, I have nothing but positive comments. I have been treated honestly and fairly with each visit. The work is solid with no complaints. I highly recommend Cavalier Automotive to anyone with automotive repair or service needs.
