Specific areas of the interior of customer’s cars and keys are being disinfected after being dropped off and picked up at our facility to protect both our customers and employees.If you prefer, It is possible to conduct business with Cavalier and have no physical contact; you may drop off your vehicle utilizing the night drop off, review your digital inspection, authorize the work and pay by credit card over the phone. We can then lock your keys in your car or where ever you prefer.We wish everyone good health, and we feel it is essential to communicate that we are treating our customer’s and employee’s health, safety, and well-being with the HIGHEST priority.

This is a great shop. The staff is friendly and happy to accommodate your needs. I have dealt with many auto shops over the years that try to get you to agree to unneeded work. That has not happened here.

Very over priced. My car had its sway bar fixed and it was fine but a week later it started dying in the middle of the road. Apparently they didn’t detect that problem when I paid 1000 dollars for my car to be fixed. They wanted me to pay 2000 dollars on a car that is worth 1300. You would think they would point out the age and value of your car but nope. Also they took about a week to get my car inspected. In conclusion very unhelpful and over priced.

Very professional, great follow up and most important - GREAT SERVICE, supported by very knowledgeable, experienced and top rated technicians. After living in Roanoke for five years - this is the ONLY place I will now take my cars.

A Huge thank you for the outstanding service from start to finish on my recent visit Monday June 22, 2020. I called June 22, early afternoon to inquire on getting my AC checked. My fan was only blowing hot air. James was cute ours and offered me 3:30 slot that very day. I said yes and asked for approximate cost. I took it in at 3:30 and shortly thereafter gave me the summary of their assessment. The belt that drives the AC had broken and required replacement before they could check the Freon. This vehicle is a 1999 Subaru Outback. I agreed and the part was delivered but was not the right part and the man from the parts store said he would bring it by as he was heading home. I explained my obligation of childcare my need to be home by 6 pm, and James was very diligent to cover all the basis to accommodate my schedule. Excellent service from start to finish and my AC was working perfectly and I was home right in time. Many thanks to every one who made this possible I apologize i did not ask the technician name who repaired my car but please let him know how appreciative I am. God bless him and all of the Cavalier folks and I pray and believe for your continued great success in all you do. Thank you for being there.

Trustworthy agency. They find the problems and fix them giving you a detailed explanation of what is wrong (if anything). They are good to tell you when something does not need to be done---which saves money!!! Pleasant workers and a comfy waiting area. I would this recommend Cavalier to anyone!
