Ron and Mike have always been very kind to me. My husband used Cavalier before he died, and he was always satisfied. They even sent flowers to my husand's funeral. I continued to go there for my oil changes and repair needs; and I have likewise been very satisfied. Everybody is very courteous. I especially like that they call before starting any repair to tell you what the problem is and the cost; and if they promise the car back at a certain time, you get it back at that time. Cavallier is a 10!

Miss Evelyn .... you have such a good heart and we are so blessed to have you as part of the Cavalier family. It brightens our day to see you. We still miss seeing Carl walk in with you. You make being nice to you very easy. We will always look out for your best interest. Thank you for the kind review Evelyn and have a great day.

Great Service every time. Always in a timely manner. Was told it would be a couple days to fix and I got my vehicle back a day early. Best place to go in the Roanoke area. Great friendly Staff.
