The service I received at Cavalier Automotive was great. The service was quick and thorough. The person at the service desk was very professional and friendly. I had an inspection done on my truck and they notified me of a couple of issues that needed to be taken care of and the cost which I felt was reasonable and fare. so I went ahead and had them do the work. The work was done in minimal time and they had me ready to go.... Thanks Cavalier Automotive for a great experience and great customer service.....

Thank you so much for fixing my driver's side window. It has always had "issues" relating to a squeak-re , slow up and down motion. It now has no problems thanks to the Cavalier Investigation Team! Thanks Mike, Ron and Staff, again.

was misinformed on price of service. the service was $10higher than i was told .i was quoted $209 for tranny flushed. when bill came up all of a sudden it was $219. then add on shop towel fees & hazard material fees & some other ridiculous nickel & diming fees it was $247.

Hi there Mike, We are sorry you feel this way. Haz mat fees and shop supply fees are a standard charge industry wide in automotive field. The charge for the flush that you had on your vehicle is indeed $209.00 as quoted to you. These fees are charged to every one that gets this type of work done. Thank you for your patronage.
