We recently moved to the Blue Ridge area and were in need of a convenient location to take our cars for service. I was greeted by an exceptionally friendly front desk staff and taken care of right away. My wait was short compared to previous experiences at other car service shops. Cavalier went above and beyond customer care and service! We will be sticking with them for all of cars' service needs!

I had just arrived in VA from CO and had car problems. Cavalier Automotive took me in that day even though they were swamped with appointments. I returned the next day with my vehicle for an oil change. They were very honest with me and did not sell me things I did not need! They have a customer for life!

This 1998 Blazer has been maintained by Cavalier for the last six years and served us well for over 150,000 miles. We had an ABS problem and it was diagnosed to be a driver's wheel bearing causing the problem. The bearing was replaced under the Cavalier warranty so the repair was virtually free. No where else can you get service like that!Thanks to the fine staff, Mike, Jeff, and Ron, of Cavalier!!

My experience at Cavalier's was the greatest. I have broken my back and was in a lot of pain, and they got me right in for my state inspection sticker!!! I can't thank you enough.

They don't good beyond the call of duty every-time for you but at least they do ,do their job and really in this day and time that's saying something my excellent is reserved for those that go the extra mile though but y'all work is good…
