Work on car was great, however I was told the car would be ready at 4pm. I had to wait 1 hour & 20 minutes before I could drive the car home. Not good customer service at all.

We are glad you were satisfied with our work Marcus. We had a supplier issue as far as getting the part here on time for your AC. We apologize for that. There are times when things happen that are out of our control. Thanks for your feed back and have a great day.

About 2 years ago, I wrecked my car. Ever since then, my car has had an awful wobble to it. I've taken it to multiple garages for alignments and balances. It was never fixed, so I gave up in the idea that it could be. However, I just recieved an alignment from Cavalier and my car drives like it did prior to the wreck! Thank you so much! You did a wonderful job!

It took quite sometime to get the parts in and to notify me they were in and then all of the sudden I needed to get the vehicle in right away so it could be worked in? It seems to me that prices have gone up at Cavalier. I'm not sure if it is labor or if the parts are marked up but it has definitely gotten more expensive to have work done here.

Hi there Bob. It did take some time to get the parts in due to the fact that the parts your truck needed had to come from the dealer. We have no control on their arrival or their prices. The "Work you in" was done as an accommodation to you. We were already working on previously scheduled work and so had to "work you in" to try and accommodate you in a timely fashion. Yes sir....prices have gone up and we are not exclusive on this. I noticed the same thing when I went to the grocery store this past weekend. Hope to see you again someday. Tell Rhonda I said hi.
