Very good experience @ Cavalier Automotive! Had an overheating issue traveling down I-81 to the Metallica concert @ Virginia Tech. They made room in the garage for us after determining the water pump on my truck was going. Had it changed out in 2.5 hours and had us back on the road! We made the awesome concert because of them. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone traveling the I-81 highway and needing car repairs!

Out of town and water pump starts to leak. Found the shop online and nothing but a great experience. Very friendly and upfront with the repair was able to handle our repair in a timely manor and back in the road. Would 100% recommend for any other repairs

I love Cavalier because it’s Very Professional! The moment you walk in you notice how clean and organized their showroom is. The staff greets you right away and says hello! The waiting room is very neat and clean. The staff will give you updates about your vehicle while it’s being attended too. They will explain everything and will also be honest with you !!! James and Travis run a tight ship to make sure your car is being repaired quickly and efficiently!
