In January I took my truck in for a pretty significant coolant leak. They had the truck for two weeks and the estimate continued to increase because as they got into it they kept finding more parts that needed replaced. No problem, if they find a broken part I'm happy to pay to have it replaced. After I got it back, however, I noticed that the engine was running real rough and it frequently stalled when I would try to accelerate from a stop. Also, the serpentine belt that they put on started shredding and the truck wouldn't come to the proper operating temperature. On March 20 I took it back in and told them about the issues and they said they should be able to get it in that day. A week later I hadn't heard from them, so I called and they hadn't looked at it yet. A week later they called me and said they replaced the thermostat and serpentine belt. I asked about the stalling issue and they said they didn't know it was having a stalling issue. After it had been there for 3 weeks I called again since they hadn't called me and they said they had replaced a couple things but didn't know what was causing the problem. On April 12, 24 days after I took it in they finally called and said I could come get it. When I asked what the issue ended up being he said I could see on the receipt. According to the receipt in 24 days they had replaced the serpentine belt, thermostat and gasket and 1 spark plug. So in the final 10 days that they had it they replaced 1 spark plug. I went to use the truck for work three days later and it stalled before I was a mile down the road. It stalled 3 more times before the end of the day, including in the middle of a left turn on a busy highway. I took it back in and they had it for two more days and replaced a fuel injector. After that it seemed to be running some better but still hesitates when starting from a stop and has stalled once. Since the beginning of the year they had the truck for a total of 40 days and it's now running worse than when I took it in. A coolant leak was not worth all this. Even if they had fixed the issues it's ridiculous how long they had it. To have it for that long and not fix it is far worse. I took the truck to them because they had a good reputation. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed.
