When we arrived at the service center, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The service from beginning to end was exceptional and done in a timely manner. UPDATE: The "scratches" on the windshield were not scratches...they were "wax" marks from the drink straws when we set our drinks up on the dashboard while eating lunch in the car at a fast-food restaurant. 😁
