I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and dropped the truck off the afternoon before. My thoughts were that they would look at my vehicle first thing, but when I called hours later, they were just starting. On the plus side, oil change etc was reasonable price and they did not charge for diagnosing a problem with one of the trouble lights. We will use again but are forewarned that appointments are somewhat bogus
