I taken my car here for the last 6 months and hands down the best service ive gotten for my car around. The staff is very friendly and open to your needs and truly work with you when the issues are unexpected and prices are high. I can call and ask for advice on issues im having with my car and they will always help out. They have the best oil change prices ive seem and they do an inspection on your vehicle everytime you get serviced thru them that way youre always ahead of any problems. I will continue to go here to make sure my car has the best chance.

I had Summertime service done on 11/24/21. Travis was very friendly and got me checked in right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem with one of my tires. They had me on my way in an hour. Will definitely keep coming back.

The (2003 Acura TLS) engine compartment had a loud whistle, and we couldn't find the origin. So I stopped by Cavalier; Travis listened to the noise and recommended the technician look because it could be noise from multiple sources. The technician found that the intake manifold gasket had a fault and replaced the gasket to solve our problem.

I am new to the area and everyone I have asked where should I take my cars to be repaired. Everyone has said your place is the one to go to. I have used you twice now and am very satisfied with your service and how you treat your customers. You also identify other problems you find with the car as you are repairing it, which is much appreciated by me as this allows me to correct other problems before they become emergencies.

PHENOMENAL customer service! With our first encounter, we were quoted a repair cost and we authorized the work. Upon pick-up, we learned the quote was based on a math mistake, and did not include about $1000 of labor! No hassle or haggling - the person who made the mistake had already gotten the manager's OK for them to "eat" the full amount of the mistake. Being new to this area, we have adopted them for all of our automotive needs, and continue to enjoy their excellent customer service, professionalism, and commitment to quality.
