Great garage to do business with. Can take your vehicle in and not have to worry about being sold something that is not needed! counter staff are a pleasure to work with, James and Travis, after coming in a couple of times, they greet you by your name. Good young responsible young men!

New to the area and Cavalier was close. Made an appointment for oil change the next day. Shop was clean. Technician was on time. Desk was friendly. Added a tire rotation ad hoc, and it was no problem and very reasonable. They had me in and out in 45 minutes. All in it was an excellent expericence and i will return.

The service was compled on time and as advertised. I wouldn't hesitate to have the process done again.

I have read some of the negative reviews and shocked. I have use this place for a few years and I get coupon checks in the mail as rewards. EVERY time I use them, service is awesome. I get a text with the inspection items and it tells me who fixed my car and exactly what they did. I take all my vehicles here and their prices beat the dealership all day long...I would highly recommend them. James and Travis are the right folks to deal with people when they come in at the front desk. My teenage daughter's have even brought their vehicles in for stuff and they were taken care of. Other places that they have been to see some young girl and all of a sudden they need all these other things repaired. Cavalier will tell you what they recommend and what is actually needed!!!
