I am a Medication Technician employed at a local nursing home and have been working 12-16 hour shifts since the Corona virus has emerged. On 5/14/20 I realized my car was due for an inspection. My days off are few and far between so any time off is utilized to it's fullest possible potential. I went to an oil change/service center early that morning that I have used for years and was told "I would have to leave my car over night & they would get to it when they had a chance." I even asked if I could sit and wait and was told firmly "NO." I proceeded to a second service center and was told they no longer do state inspections however they suggested and gave me directions to Cavalier Automotive. Upon entering, I was met with a wholesome smile and employees that were ready and willing to help. There was no hesitation and no excuses why this could not be done in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and felt valued and appreciated as a customer. I left satisfied and with a smile on my face. Cavalier will ABSOLUTELY be my new "go to" spot for oil changes, state inspections and car maintenance from this day forward. A huge thank you go out to the employees that made my experience so pleasant and rest assured I will share my positive experience with friends, family and co-workers.
