I had my Honda odyssey towed here after breaking down on the highway and I had no idea the level of care and assistance that I would end up getting here. They changed my alternator at a fair price and I picked it up only a few days later. Fast forward a few months and my alternator ended up failing once again unexpectedly. I called cavalier and James offered to have my van towed back to their shop on their dime (I live in Lynchburg Va) to change the alternator out free of charge. I was blown away at the generosity and willingness to help and gladly accepted. I now have the van back and my wife has been regularly daily driving it and it’s running perfectly once again.
