Specific areas of the interior of customer’s cars and keys are being disinfected after being dropped off and picked up at our facility to protect both our customers and employees.If you prefer, It is possible to conduct business with Cavalier and have no physical contact; you may drop off your vehicle utilizing the night drop off, review your digital inspection, authorize the work and pay by credit card over the phone. We can then lock your keys in your car or where ever you prefer.We wish everyone good health, and we feel it is essential to communicate that we are treating our customer’s and employee’s health, safety, and well-being with the HIGHEST priority.

I am a Medication Technician employed at a local nursing home and have been working 12-16 hour shifts since the Corona virus has emerged. On 5/14/20 I realized my car was due for an inspection. My days off are few and far between so any time off is utilized to it's fullest possible potential. I went to an oil change/service center early that morning that I have used for years and was told "I would have to leave my car over night & they would get to it when they had a chance." I even asked if I could sit and wait and was told firmly "NO." I proceeded to a second service center and was told they no longer do state inspections however they suggested and gave me directions to Cavalier Automotive. Upon entering, I was met with a wholesome smile and employees that were ready and willing to help. There was no hesitation and no excuses why this could not be done in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and felt valued and appreciated as a customer. I left satisfied and with a smile on my face. Cavalier will ABSOLUTELY be my new "go to" spot for oil changes, state inspections and car maintenance from this day forward. A huge thank you go out to the employees that made my experience so pleasant and rest assured I will share my positive experience with friends, family and co-workers. Professionalism, honesty and superior service are not always easy to find but not the case with Cavalier. We had some car issues and visited a national chain for repair. They quoted an exorbitant amount for the repair and thankfully we sought a second opinion from Cavalier. Cavalier completed diagnostic testing and found that the other business was suggesting we replace and repair items that were not defective. Going forward, Cavalier will be the only place we take our vehicle.
