I relocated to VA for work about a year ago for work. During my many visits for oil changes and maintenance, to my company vehicle, I made connections with the staff at Cavalier. They were friendly and helpful, with all my many questions, and I very much enjoyed the atmosphere at the shop. In addition to the great customer service, they also provided me with the convenience of their shuttle service on several occasions, this past year. I felt comfortable reaching out to them to service my personal vehicle based on how well they serviced my company vehicle. I knew something was wrong with my personal vehicle, but not the extent of the issue. The team quickly figured out what was wrong, even when the place in PA that inspected it, did not. The service performed, was within a day and a half, and has been a game changer this past week! It paid off with my most recent trip up north and back, where it felt like I had a new vehicle, and most importantly I felt safe driving it. I highly recommend Cavalier and will gladly use them anytime I am in the area for work or personal trips.
